About This SIL Training
Providers are only allowed to deliver Supported Independent Living and claim payment for services that are within the participant’s stated ratios.
Many providers are also unaware that the NDIS does not fund vacancy costs “the gap” when your SIL group home is not at full capacity.
If not managed well, these can be costly to your organisation.
This training discusses strategies to keep your SIL at capacity and how to efficiently manage changes to participant care needs. We will also cover how to manage claims and maintain financial viability as a business.
Who Is This Training For?
New providers considering SIL services or existing providers struggling to manage vacancies and participant ratios.
